Re: RE: My open letter to mrs. Beth Twitty
Hey Carlos!
Beatrix has no power at all, she makes no decisions. The only thing the queen is allowed to do, is appoint the person who aggregates the cabinet, but even this ''power'' is limited since she has to deliberate with other people.
She has no influence since the queen MUST sign the laws, whether she agrees or not doesnt matter (I think she can stop 1 law, but afterwards she has to resign (not sure though..)).
Thats basically all the queen does, apart from opening buildings and stuff.
Now the prime minister obviously has more power, but The Netherlands is a ''constitutionele democratische parlementaire monarchie'', meaning that he has to get approval for every decision and every law. The parliament (partly chosen by the people) can adjust the law or stop it and the parliament moderates the cabinet. The parliament can give the minister a ''motion of distrust'', when the majority of the chamber accepts the motion, the minister has to resign. At this point other ministers might choose the side of the minister and also resign (kabinetscrisis) and then the minister-president also has to resign (the whole cabinet resigns).
So yeah.. Balkenende and Beatrix, both dont have enough power. They might support ''corruption and crimes against humanity''.. I assume not, but for all I know they could.. but I dont think they have enough influence to make a huge difference.
To be honest, I think the foreigners are the cause of increasing criminality, not Balkenende/Beatrix (sure call me a racist I dont care).
Oh and this whole issue about Joran van der Sloot.. that's just a stupid leak in the justice system, someone should take care of it. Although there'll always be leaks, every country has them, but in this particular case everyone blows this issue up cause it concerns a murder.
Btw, I was wondering where you're from, are you Dutch yourself or Spanish?..
Make sure you record your plea on tv, I wouldnt want to miss it.

Dear Sir / Madam,
I thank you for your information. You wrote what you know; the fact is that there is information you do not know! So you have partial ( public) information and not the information not known to third parties! Apart from that, you have not completely properly digested the information I gave on my websites and You Tube: the kingdom of the Netherlands has signed treaties it is bound to comply with; that is not being done! Therefore the kingdom of the Netherlands is accessory to criminal acts perpetrated by white collar criminals. The Kingdom of the Netherlands is being ruled in your words by the Dutch parliament and/or the national cabinet and the queen (the queen and the ministers rule the country and are being controlled by the parliament) As long as the parliament does not intervene in the rule of the country by the queen and ministers, the queen and the ministers rule the kingdom of the Netherlands and if the parliament knows about the non compliance of the treaties and the queen and the ministers doing nothing about it, while they are bound by the law of the treaties to do so, they are equally guilty as hell; as are the queen and the ministers! Knowing something illegally is going on and you refuse to act, while you have the legal duty to act, makes you an accessory to the crime! I hope to have sufficiently informed you.
Yours sincerely,
