THE GREAT RETURN MARCH/ISRAEL MASSACRES
UNARMED PROTESTERS IN GAZA/LETTER TO THE EU
SEE ALSO
TO
MRS F MOGHERINI
HIGH REPRESENTATIVE OF THE UNION FOR
FOREIGN AFFAIRS AND SECURITY POLICY
AND
VICE PRESIDENT OF THE COMMISSION
Subject:
EU defense of Israeli crimes
Dear Mrs Mogherini,
I write you this letter, because I find it unacceptable
and intolerable, that, despite the many Israeli crimes,
as an occupying power, culminating in the recent Israeli
massslaughters of Palestinians, the EU still continues
to close her eyes for those horrors, which means:
defending Israeli crimes.
Yes, Mrs Mogherini, you read it well, DEFENDING, because
the EU must have learnt in the meantime, that despite
all her verbal condemnations of Israeli crimes, Israel still is
going her way.
The way of landtheft [1], warcrimes [2] and crimes against humanity. [3]
For example!
Despite of all UN Resolutions, EU condemnations
and other international condemnations, Israel still continues
to build and expand the illegal settlements in the occupied
Westbank! [4]
THIS HORROR HAS TO STOP!
NOW!
It's high time for the EU to do more than shed crocodile's tears
over Israeli crimes and make a firm stand!
Because not only Israel is going her way, but it becomes worse
and worse and now FOR THE CAMERA Israel is committing
MASSLAUGHTER!
ISRAELI OUTBURSTS OF MASSLAUGHTER/LET'S TALK ABOUT MASSSLAUGHTER:
Israel rampaged like a Crazy Beast!
During Palestinian protests ''The Great Return March'' [pressiing
the Palestinian Right to Return'', protesting against
the Gaza Blockade and the moving of the US embassy
from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem] [5] on the border of Gaza, from
30 march untill 18 may, Israeli military forces over 100 unarmed
Palestinians in Gaza, including 14 children and injured 3500! [6]
People, who posed no threat whatsoever against heavily armed
troops, as Amnesty International rightly pointed out. [7]
Such a horror it was, that a Red Cross doctor said, that he had
never seen so many patients in one day! [8]
CRIMES/CRIMES!
I don't have to tell you, that shooting indiscriminately at
demonstrators, posing no threat and injuring people at random
is a great breach of the International Humanitarian Law and
therefore warcrimes! [9]
BUT WE ARE NOT DONE YET!
And to make the horror show ''complete'' [although Israel always
will surprise you], at Friday 1 june Israeli forces killed, the
22 years Razan Ashraf Najjar a volunteer medic, while
attending to wounded Palestinians.
Israeli forces simultaneously injured 100 Palestinians......[10].
QUESTION:
Mrs Mogherini"
How long are you going to tolerate those criminals, those
occupiers?
THE MORAL AND POLITICAL DUTY OF THE EU
I wrote it before in another situation, where Israel crossed
the line horribly [11]:
It is the political and moral obligation of the EU to make a stand
and not only utter words of condemnation, but ACT
And you have the means to do so:
You closed an Association Treaty with Israel, which hold a
human rights clausule, saying:
'' ”Relations between the Parties, as well as all the provisions of the Agreement itself, shall be based on respect for human rights and democratic principles, which guides their internal and international policy and constitutes an essential element of this Agreement.” [12]
Well, mrs Mogherini, it is high time the EU acts accordingly:
SO:
Suspend that Treaty or [if Israel continues to violate International
Law] end it, until Israel:
ENDS ITS OCCUPATION OF THE WEST-BANK, GAZA [13]
AND EAST-JERUSALEM
DISMANTLES ITS SETTLEMENTS [ILLEGAL ACCORDING
TO INTERNATIONAL LAW, AS YOU KNOW AND HAVE CONDEMNED]
IN THE OCCUPIED WESTBANK
DISMANTLES THE ILLEGAL ISRAELI WALL [14]
RECOGNIZES THE PALESTINIAN RIGHT OF RETURN
AND NOW, URGENTLY:
ENDS THE GAZA BLOCKADE
ENDS ITS BLOODY ATTACKS ON GAZA IMMEDIATELY!
DO IT!
MOVE TO JUSTICE!
Or do the EU prefer to end at the wrong side of history?
It's your choice to make
Kind greetings

LANDTHEFT
ILLEGALITY OF THE SETTLEMENTS
”The Fourth Geneva Convention prohibits an occupying power from transferring citizens from its own territory to the occupied territory (Article 49).
The Hague Regulations prohibit an occupying power from undertaking permanent changes in the occupied area unless these are due to military needs in the narrow sense of the term, or unless they are undertaken for the benefit of the local population.”
LAND EXPROPRIATION AND SETTLEMENTS IN THE INTERNATIONAL
LAW
”Individual or mass forcible transfers, as well as deportations of protected persons from occupied territory to the territory of the Occupying Power or to that of any other country, occupied or not, are prohibited, regardless of their motive.”
